"The love of your family, is life's greatest blessing."

Today's Project Made post is inspired by my beautiful sister Shoshana Rae... I only met my sister five years ago after my best friend and I went on a google search to find out more about my family. Through the research we found out that I had a half sister living in Austria!! Talk about Crazy!!! I am so thankful every single day that we were brought together. "Success isn't just about what you accomplish in your life, it's about what you inspire others to do."

Last year for my 27 Random Acts of Kindness I was joined by my good friend Claudia and her two daughters. It was so incredibly special to have them be a part of the day and help me complete my 27 acts. A year later, the girls started to ask me what I was going to do for my Birthday this time. This little DIY yoyo brooch or hair clip is perfect to make with children even as young as 6 years old. They would then be able to gift this to someone as a RAOK (adult supervised of course) or make a few o...

This post isn't particularly sewing related, but I felt that many of you may be interested in something that is close to my heart, and was one of the most incredible days in my whole life!!!

Last Year was my 27th Birthday on May 27th. To be honest, I had been dreaming of this birthday since I was a little girl and truly believed that by age 27 I would have this whole "life" thing figured out. Well, I definitely don't have it all figured out, but I still knew this particular birthday would be r...
