What sizes are your patterns available in?
Womens range – Most of my range are from sizes XS to 4XL, with a couple of older patterns having a range of XS to 2XL. They are all based on a height of 5ft8 and C bust cup.
I am currently looking into expanding my size range so watch this space!
Childrens range – My Mini range is drafted from age 12 months to 12 years old.
Please always check your measurements before starting a new garment and refer to the sizing chart on the back of each pattern.

When will my physical order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within two business days of orders being placed. Should there be any delay in posting your items then we will be in touch as soon as possible.
How do I get my PDF pattern?
Your PDF pattern will be sent to you via email as a link. Please then download and save the file to your computer. The link will expire within 30 days if it is not downloaded. If your link expires, simply contact us with your name and/or purchase details and we can re-send the link.
I’m having trouble downloading my PDF pattern.
No problem. Get in touch with us here and we will help you as soon as possible.
How should I print my PDF pattern?
You have two choices. The PDF files are made to print on both A4 and letter size paper. You can simply print at home and stick together (remember NOT to scale to page/print at 100%), or use the AO file at a copy shop. Some large copy shop files are not A0 and may be B1 or A1. To avoid any mistakes just get everything printed on A0 and remind them not to scale and print at 100%.
What currency will my order be processed in?
All orders are processed in AUD Australian Dollars. We use Square and PayPal for processing payments. These platforms will work out the current exchange rate at the time of purchase and charge you accordingly based on where you reside.
International Customs – What happens when I order outside of Australia?
Orders placed outside of Australia may be subject to various import taxes and charges. These are your responsibility as the purchaser. For more information please contact your local customs office.
If you have any issues with an order from Sew to Grow please get in touch so we can assist and find a solution for you. If we don’t know a problem exists, we can’t help! If an order is undeliverable and returned to Sew to Grow, we will provide a full refund minus the shipping fees. If you received free shipping for your order, we will subtract $12 from your refund to assist in recovering shipping and restocking losses.
Sewing workshops, pattern testing & more
I’d love to attend a workshop by Lindsey
Get in touch with your local sewing shop, ask to join in with a class run by Lindsey from Sew to Grow and book directly with them. If they don’t already have Lindsey booked to teach then ask your shop to arrange this! They can get in touch with us to discuss - email@example.com
How do I have Lindsey run a class at my shop?
Contact us here so we can discuss this possibility!
Can I sell garments made using your patterns?
It is my policy that I am more than happy for you to make and sell garments in low quantities using my patterns. However, you are not allowed to call the pattern your own, name it something else, or claim that you designed it. I also ask that you credit me as the designer and tag me on socials. I have had many women make and sell my garments at markets and I believe in helping other women make an income for their family. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. Always best to discuss it first.
Can I teach a sewing class using your patterns?
Definitely! But each student would need to purchase the pattern. I do offer wholesale pricing, so please get in touch to see if you’re eligible.
Can I copy your patterns to sell or give out?
I understand that this would be easily achieved. However, all patterns and downloadable PDFs are the intellectual property of Sew To Grow. Any copying or distribution of these files is strictly not allowed.
How do I become a pattern tester?
Before each new pattern is released I send the draft to a number of testers, all with differing abilities and body shapes. If this is something you are interested in doing then please complete the linked form and we may just be in touch before our next release!
Please note the completed forms are kept on file for future projects. If at anytime you would like to be removed from this list please contact us here. Your information will not be accessed by any third party at anytime.
Do you have a retail store I can come to?
I do not have a physical store, but have distributors and shops that carry my patterns in Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A, U.K, France and Canada. So contact your local shop to get my patterns into a shop near you.
I am a Shop. How do I purchase your patterns wholesale?
If you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer then please get in touch! We offer special terms and need just a few details from you to get started. Contact Lindsey here for more information.
How do I contact you with a question?
