We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of orders being placed. Should there be any delay in posting your items then we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Your PDF pattern will be sent to you via email as a link. Please then download and save the file to your computer. The link will expire within 30 days if it is not downloaded. If your link expires, simply contact us with your name and/or purchase details and we can re-send the link.

You have two choices. The PDF files are made to print on both A4 and letter size paper. You can simply print at home and stick together (remember NOT to scale to page/print at 100%), or use the AO file at a copy shop. Some large copy shop files are not A0 and may be B1 or A1. To avoid any mistakes just get everything printed on A0 and remind them not to scale and print at 100%.

All orders are processed in AUD Australian Dollars. We use Square and PayPal for processing payments. These platforms will work out the current exchange rate at the time of purchase and charge you accordingly based on where you reside.

Orders placed outside of Australia may be subject to various import taxes and charges. These are your responsibility as the purchaser. For more information please contact your local customs office.
