Since the launch of our first collection in 2021 we have been committed to bringing you the highest quality dressmaking fabrics on stunning substrates like Rayon, Lawn and Cotton Canvas in big, bold, and bright colors. When you think of building your handmade wardrobe and creating one of a kind garments, we want to be the first place you come to! As we continue to expand and grow our catalogue we have begun to introduce new artist and expand our fabric offerings. I am so excited to continue to grow and bring you fabrics like you've never seen anywhere else.

Christmas '23

This collection is a collaboration between Sew To Grow and Joanna Breakwell from Huniy Huniy. This is our first ever Christmas Collection and we are both so excited to sprinkle a bit of Aussie spirit into your festive season. This collection is available in two substrates: Poplin and Canvas.

GROW WILD

This collection is a collaboration between Sew To Grow and Bekah Worley, an incredibly talented artist based in the US. We wanted to bring you a new fabric this time around. With this collection we are introducing 100% cotton Lawn. This is a breathable light/medium weight fabric that is not see-through. It is easy to cut and sew with, making it PERFECT for the beginner seamstress. This fabric also has a gorgeous drape and feel. You are going to love the way it gathers for those ruffle tiered dress, how it holds its body for a bodice, and how skirts twirl and swish when you move.

120g weight 100% cotton Lawn. (Similar weight and feel to Liberty Lawn or Poplin)
Oeko-Tex Certified
Reactive ink that doesn't fade in the wash.

NEAR AND FAR

Near and Far was a collection inspired by my travels around the world. This collection was produced on our luxurious, heavier weight, rayon and we also introduced a cotton canvas. We found the canvas great for making overalls, bags, skirts, shorts and so much more. I love how fun and quirky this collection turned out.

FABRIC CONTENT:

150g weight Rayon. Creates a soft hand and bold body fabric. This makes it easier to cut, sew, and press.
250gsm weight Cotton Canvas. Sturdy fabric with a soft and flexible hand. It is the perfect blend of strong and flexible that you want when working with a heavier cotton fabric.

BLOOM TIME

Our first ever fabric range released in 2021 on stunning rayon fabrics. This collection was inspired by growing up around antiques in East Texas and loving all things Mid Century! The pallet is made up of muted retro tones and features bold geometrics mixed with flower power florals.
