Below are the terms and conditions for returns of each product:

PDF Patterns:

PDF patterns are not Refundable once item is received. You will be sent files to the email address that you used when purchasing the item. Please check your spam folder. Downloads deactivate after 30 days.

Printed Patterns:

Printed Patterns are only refundable is there is a clear printer error to the drafted pattern that makes it unusable. Patterns can not be refunded due to fit, grammatical error, or changed mind.

Fabric:

Fabrics are final sale once cut unless there is a major fault that takes up more than 15% of the fabric purchased. All fabrics may have minor faults due to the printing process, so the threshold for claiming a return is 15%.

Tools: 

Tools can only be returned if deemed faulty. Please keep a record and send a photo of the fault or damage so we can help to sort out your claim.

If your order is significantly damaged due to negligence on the behalf of Australia Post please keep a record and photographs of the damage so that we can seek compensation from Australia Post. If products are thrown away and there is no proof we will be unable to process the return.
