Updated: Apr 18
Did you even think it was possible that the Bondi Top could get any better? Well it just has!!! Now you can make your favorite top into a full length dress! Talk about best pattern hack EVER!!

When I designed the Bondi Top this year, I had absolutely no clue how popular it would be. It seems like once you make one, you just can't stop... Do you feel that way too?
I have made so many tops that it got me to thinking... I love dresses, let's make a Bondi Tunic!! When I was given a couple pieces from the new range Good Hair Day by Kim Andersson for Wyndham Fabrics, I knew exactly what I was going to do with it. Who knew how cute bobby pins and braids could be! I am in LOVE!
And here is a look at the entire Good Hair Day Range. Now Available at Hawthorne Threads.

So that you can share in my excitement...I have whipped up a little tutorial for you all. Click here to download the directions for How to Lengthen.

Just imagine this is a chambray denim, a voile, or even a knit. The possibilities are endless. Make sure to check in next week when I show you how to insert the casing. It's super simple, but I think it really makes this pattern hack extra special.

I hope you enjoyed today's pattern hack. I can't wait to see your version. Be sure to tag @sewtogrow on instagram or facebook to share your makes with me!
