This has to be one of my all time favorite makes. And that is a BIG statement coming from me. I love how the fabric and the idea for this pattern just all came together. I have included a video below so you can see how I altered the Seoul Blossom Blouse to make this dress. I expanded the sleeves to create the puff sleeve, I added the ruffled skirt and I also added POCKETS!
